Reiki Research for Mental Health

Reiki researchers – Sonia Zadro, Natalie Dyer, and Rosemary Pharo – will discuss their research and peer-reviewed studies that identify the benefits of Reiki in mental health care during the International Reiki research Conference Reiki Research for Mental Health panel discussion on June 2nd.

What To Expect

“Our mental health, our brain chemistry can be directly influenced by so many things: our thoughts, feelings, beliefs, diet, medication, exercise and our energy system, so why not intervene at as many levels as we can, especially drawing on energy healing to balance our mind when it is gentle, safe and inexpensive,” says Australian Clinical Psychologist and Somatic Psychotherapist Sonia Zadro.

“Reiki is particularly beneficial for reducing mental health issues that many of us face during our lives, including stress, anxiety and depression,” says Center for Reiki Research President Natalie Dyer.

“Usui tells us the miracle medicine in Reiki is creating a healthy mindset. Reiki provides that deep sense of connection that sustains and strengthens mental wellbeing,” says UK Reiki Healthcare Research Trust Director Rosemary Pharo.
