Dr. Natalie Dyer, President of the CRR presented some exciting Reiki research at the Integrative Medicine and Health Symposium on April 11th.
This is a study of a remote Reiki program, Reiki Medic-Care, for NHS medical professionals in the UK who have been negatively impacted by the covid pandemic.

The sample included doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals. We measured stress, anxiety, pain, sleep, and wellbeing after receiving 4 sessions of distance Reiki.
